micropiglet: the countdown has begun

  • Jan. 8th, 2004 at 11:22 AM
me
My waters broke.

Dreamed repeatedly last night about the world ending. Apocalypses involved brother-out-law, his new investment property and vampires. Also China and woolly mammoths, in at least one dream.

Baby was 6lbs. 11oz. as of yesterday's sonogram.

Indeedy I am. Still gentle, and I'm not bothering to time them yet, as they're pretty far apart. Resting is the order of the day. Also waiting and seeing.

Your afghan arrived!!! Is *stunning*. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

If only they had a 'net connection in the hospital, darn it! How am I supposed to labor without Usenet?

hurray!

a little early is fine, and that seems like a good size, big enough to be healthy, small enough to be easier.

I was so excited when it started I was shaking. :-). Have calmed back down and eaten a bagel. Now playing paint by numbers, reading livejournal and watching the boy wash all the newborn clothes.

Usenet? You're not planning on a blow-by-blow to LJ, with updates every ten minutes?

Best to you, the Micropeeglet, and your boy. :)
